This is a rare original photo where Swami is seen standing. The picture was taken in 1875. Swami was almost 7 ft tall. He was Ajanubahu (whose arms reach the knees). While entering the Math his head used to touch the 7 ft tall doorway. This photo clearly shows his long hands touching the knees. Around that time Swami was seen in cap in most of the photos.

It is important to understand ONLY divine personalities of very high authority are known to be born Ajanubahu. Swami is one of those rare divine Avatars.

 Divine Thoughts for Seekers:

   Subscribe for eYoga

Yoga is an exact science. It aims at the harmonious development of body, mind and soul. Everyone should follow one Yoga as their primary Yoga (based on their character). Then we must combine Karma Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and Gyan Yoga. This “Yoga Synthesis” will lead one to the God.
