Happiness is our nature. It is not wrong to desire it. What is wrong is seeking it outside when it is inside - Ramana Maharshi

Common questions about God, Yoga, Divinity, Kundalini & Material World
I receive lot of emails/questions about Yoga, Kundalini, Guru, ShaktiPat and Spirituality in general. I also receive emails that list various problems people face in the material world and ask how could one attain ideal balance between material and the spiritual world? How can one progress spiritually while facing difficulties in the material life?

Most of the questions fall in the few categories listed below and I am confident you will find a reasonable answer in one of the links provided here.
My heart is searching for something. I do not know what I am searching for!
I do not know what I am searching for and what I really need. I am living fully a satisfied life. But search is inside. How to go in depth of ourselves and understand ourselves? I cannot understand about God. Stories about God seems as moral stories for life and not helpful in going in depth. Busy life situations making Yoga and Meditations impossible and uninterested. Can we attain God without Yoga or Mediation or Prayers? Why should God be searched inside? Can we not search God externally? Internal and external are something or different one? When internal and external, spiritual and practical life becomes one?

Here is your answer:  Supreme Peace or Bliss is what you are searching for. Try to peek inside, there is much bigger universe within us. The creator of this universe (The eternal Bliss) is waiting to embrace you!
For those seeking Deeksha from me, wishing to attend my spiritual session or to come to my Ashram etc.
I don’t give any Deekaha nor do I have any Ashram. I don’t teach any kind of Yoga to anyone. I am an ordinary IT professional living in USA who has a family and is also living a spiritual life. I created this website as a service to my Param Pujya Gurudev, to express my thoughts, share experiences & spread divine knowledge that I received from my Param Pujya Gurudev Srinivas (Dada) Nakhate Maharaj.

If you are serious about spirituality, please continue to visit this website and I am confident you will have various divine realizations from the pages every day. Spirituality is all about repeating purity of thoughts and applying them to the material world that we live every day. Another option is to join my e-Yoga letters that I send sometimes.

Following pages will be helpful for those that are interested in knowing about my though process, experiences etc. Everything in this world is just an opinion. Feel free to reject everything on this website or benefit from it. It is all your choice.

Do you have questions about spiritual experiences and divine visions?
In my personal view, one should not attach too much of importance to any spiritual experiences, dreams, visions and all that. They all come and go. It is extremely important for Sadhak to ignore all the experiences and remain rooted in Sadhana because God is absolutely beyond all the experiences. If your mind is seeking and enjoying the divine experiences you may be closer to the divine, at the same time you are far away from the divine.

Having problems because of Kundalini Awakening, energy spurt or spiritual problem in general?
Read this section if you think you are having problems because of Kundalini awakening, energy spurt etc.?

This is one of the most difficult topic to comprehend and understand. In my view, unfortunately most of the issues are more Karma specific (consequences of past karma) rather than being Kundalini awakening. There can be general guidelines to guess the type of issue, but it is very difficult to know the real cause of the issues. Lord Krishna says in the Bhagvad Geeta “Karmano Gahana Gatihi” – meaning ‘Intricate are the tracks of Karma’. Most of the times Kundalini issues are combination of Karma and energy.

If your problems are because of Kundalini awakening then try the solution below. It will certainly help reduce Kundalini issues, if they really are Smiley Face

Read this if you are seeking divinity and thinking of leaving material world, or wish to leave everything behind and go to Himalayas
This section is for those who feel they must leave their family, job, duties and go to Himalayas to achieve God.

Let me tell you clearly: Those who cannot handle the material life will not be able to handle the spiritual life away from the material world anyway. If you cannot find God while living the material life, you will not achieve the God in the Himalayas. Please don’t try that, most of those who take this path suffer eventually.

I am not insisting one cannot achieve God that route, but it is absolutely extremely difficult that way. We are living in the Kali-Yuga (Iron Age) and it’s much easier to attain the God in the Life-of-Duty than Life-Away-from-the-duty. There are many Yogas that you can follow instead of leaving the material world.

Get out of negative spiritual trap of A-Karma, start Karma
Interested in understanding Law of Karma?
Believe me there is no difference between God and the law of God (Law of Karma). Follow the Karma rules and you will attain the divinity eventually….that is the promise of the God!

God neither punishes the wicked nor rewards the virtuous. It is their own karmas that bring reward and punishment. It is the law of action and reaction that brings the fruits. No one should be blamed. "God does not make one suffer for no reason nor does He make one happy for no reason. God is fair and gives you exactly what you deserve." Karma is not punishment or retribution but simply an expression or consequence of natural acts.

In my personal opinion Bhakti Yoga is the simplest of the Yogas. If this does not fit you, try the Karma Yoga or may be Raja-Yoga (meditative Toga). You can combine Karma Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and Gyan Yoga. This “Yoga Synthesis” will lead you to the God. All Yogas will take you to the same destination – the Supreme consciousness!

Whatever you do, leave the Kundalini Yoga as your last optionSmiley Face. Why you ask? Because though it is extremely simple Yoga to follow, it is also most difficult to comprehend and accept as path logical experiences. Everything in Kundalini Yoga is absolutely intricate and beyond human logic and understanding…and therefore most difficult of the Yogas in my view. At the same time it is possible that it is for you. What do I know?

Yoga is an exact science. It aims at the harmonious development of body, mind and soul. Everyone should follow one Yoga as their primary Yoga (based on their character). Then we must combine Karma Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Bhakti Yoga and Gyan Yoga. This “Yoga Synthesis” will lead one to the God.
